Shad Report on the Rapp 4-28

I had fished most of the day with Gregg and Jim on the Rapp last week.  It was the slowest day shad fishing I have ever had.  We got nothing.  I saw one guy catch a shad.  Gregg caught a few perch and Jim caught a nice size catfish.  I wonder if it has picked back up sense or not?  I bet the fishing is out either way with all the rain we have had this week.  I drove over the Doah this week and it is a blow out.  Has anyone else had any luck with shad?
